Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs vary based on product type, product weight, and shipping destination. Electric Bikes & Scooters are $100 flat, within the USA. Electric Trikes & Large Electric Ride-On Vehicles are $200 flat, within the USA.
We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL. Shipping times will vary based on your location within the US. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
For In-Stock Items: Item will be shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed.
For Pre-Order Items: Item will be shipped within 72 hours of item's arrival in our warehouse. You will receive an email notification when the item has arrived.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive your tracking number within 24 hours of receiving the shipment notification, please contact us at support@electrifiedadventures.com
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and with all original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@electrifiedadventures.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
